The Palma FA-995 which is 99.5% fat and 100% rumen protected and it also includes pure grade fatty acid which escapes the primary digestion step (Rumen) and get absorbed in later stages of digestion (abomasum & intestine) This product is highly digestible and the absorption is identical to natural mechanism of Fatty Acid digestion.
The Fatty acid (FA) present in milk fat in the highest concentration is palmitic acid. When there is a negative energy balance, dietary source of C16:0 are used as an energy source to produce milk, increase milk fat yield and replenish loss in body weight.
